Frank Dachille is a graduate student interested in researching transfer students through quantitative and qualitative methods. Previously, he had researched the various pathways transfer students follow to reach a bachelor's granting university and how those pathways reveal evidence of persistence. He graduated from San Jose State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in physics and a minor in mathematics.

In his free time, Frank enjoys exercising, making terrible puns, drumming, winning mario kart, and playing board/computer games.
