Frank Dachille

Frank Dachille is a PhD Candidate who is researching the construct of "Transfer Sense of Belonging" through the experiences of transfer students. He was also the Program Coordinator for the Transfer Experience Mentoring Program (TEMPO) which is a peer mentoring program for transfer students. Previously, he had researched the various pathways transfer students follow to reach a bachelor's granting university and how those pathways reveal evidence of goal setting/achivement and persistence. He graduated from San Jose State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in physics and a minor in mathematics.

 

In his free time, Frank enjoys pickleball, running, board games, and exploring nature!
